Questions, answered

How do I enter?

Create an account, buy a ticket for the contest, then upload & submit your video in the app. After your video finishes processing it is submitted for review automatically. Once approved, your entry is published and competes in the community vote.

How long can my video be?

Up to 60 seconds, shot in portrait (9:16 — 1080×1920 recommended). Accepted formats: MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 150 MB. The video must be your own original content.

When is my ticket used?

Your ticket is used when your entry is submitted to the contest. One ticket = one eligible submission. If an upload or processing step fails before submission, your ticket remains available.

What happens after I upload?

Your video is processed automatically and then submitted for review — you don't need a separate "submit for moderation" step. You can follow the status in your profile: processing → in review → approved or rejected.

Why is my video reviewed?

Every submission is reviewed by our moderation team before publication, so the contest stays safe and fair for everyone. This is not a penalty — it's a standard check every entry goes through.

How does voting work?

After submissions close, the community votes on the approved entries. Votes are validated by the platform's anti-abuse controls and the leaderboard is public while voting is open. The winner is determined according to the contest rules.

Where can I see my submission status?

In your profile, under "Your entries". Every entry shows its current status and, for rejected entries, the reason given by the moderation team.

What happens if my video is rejected?

You will see the rejection and its reason in your profile. What counts as acceptable content is defined in the contest rules.

When is the winner announced?

The winner announcement date is published on the contest page and in the contest timeline.
